With Pallas Karting - Europe’s largest karting track on its doorstep MecTec was initially approached to supply the basic parts for the karts. Over time more and more parts were designed and added to the supply store such as, designing products to increase their overall life span – i.e. our wheel hubs come with six holes not three – you always have a spare set in case a set get damaged! MecTec has developed a super strong and durable centrifugal kart clutch in conjunction with Pallas Karting that is made completely from steel. Over the years it has performed impeccably for the commercial karting sector giving hundreds of hours of hassle free running on a single clutch. With a unique greasing system for its needle roller bearing the overall life span of the bearing is greatly increased. MecTec'ss ability to change and improve over the original manufacturers parts has lead to greater life span on parts and less down time for the karting companies.
